National historic preservation battle explodes in New Hampshire Supreme Court (The Balsams)

On December 13th New Hampshire’s leading corruption-fighter, Andy Martin, will file with the New Hampshire Supreme Court a response to an attack lodged against Andy by Christopher Cole of the influential Manchester law firm of Sheehan Phinney. Andy accuses Cole of committing a “contempt” of the New Hampshire Supreme Court by mudslinging and distortion. “I am committed to preserving the Tillotson Trust for the people of the North Country,” Andy says. “Mr. Tillotson’s trust has been taken over by pirates who are bleeding the trust fund to benefit their own interests and not Mr. Tillotson’s intended beneficiaries, the people. The crooks and their crooked lawyers are not going to get away with this one. Governor Hassan is inheriting a political mess from Governor Lynch.”

(MANCHESTER, NH)(December 13, 2012) Andy Martin, New Hampshire’s leading corruption fighter, has sent the New Hampshire Supreme Court a blistering attack on one of Manchester’s most politically influential law firms. Andy responded to attacks by Christopher Cole of Sheehan Phinney on Andy’s professional experience and integrity. Andy is fighting to save The Balsams, a national landmark hotel, from predatory trustees and real estate speculators. Increasing national attention is focusing on this classic historic preservation conflict.

“I have been engaged in fighting for public integrity for forty-seven years,” Andy says. “I have helped send crime syndicate hoodlums to federal prison, and I am prepared to do so again, in New Hampshire.
